Hallo an alle. Wir sind seit heute Nacht wieder zuhause. Ich möchte in dieser Hinsicht ein ganz großes DANKE an Emirates aussprechen.
Auf die ganzen Umstände und das „Verhalten“ von Qatar Airways möchte ich nicht weiter eingehen. Es ist ganz einfach zu deprimierend und das ganze hat doch sehr an meinen Nerven gezerrt.

Wow. Unfassbar, dass es so lange gedauert hat. Willkommen zurück. In Frankfurt landen täglich Sonderflüge von Qatar Airways. Würde, wenn du irgendwann die Nerven dazu hast, gerne mehr Details zu Eurer Odyssee und Erfahrung mit den Airlines hören.

Dazu muss man aber erstmal nach Doha kommen!!
An Deinem Beitrag sehe ich das Du keine Ahnung hast was da zur Zeit in der Golfregion und anderen Destinationen wie Malediven, Thailand, Vietnam usw. los ist.

Ich habe heute ZWEI Std. versucht die Hotline von Qatar Airways in Deutschland zu erreichen um wegen meiner Erstattungsansprüchen nachzufragen. Es kommt immer die Meldung das die Nummer nicht erreichbar ist!

Ersteinmal freue ich mich dass ihr zurück seid, das ist das wichtigste. Ich kann es so gut nachvollziehen. Wir haben solche Späße auch schon 2x hinteruns. Das erste Mal Corona, Lockdown in Malaysia. Wir haben die Info dass unser Flug ausfällt 2 bekommen, 2 Wochen nachdem wir schon wieder in D waren. 1 Jahr lang hat es gedauert bis wir eine anteilige Erstattung bekommen haben. Also: Durchhalten, nicht aufgeben immer weiternerven 😊👍
2. Mal als Dubai unter Wasser stand. Ich stand bei Emirates am Schalter 13h in einer Warteschlange am Flughafen - Rekord bis jetzt. Und ich war nach 13h nicht mal dran 🤣 dann kam ein Mitarbeiter der Mitleid mit meiner Frau + Säugling hatte 😅.
Aber genug alter Geschichten, ist nicht Lustig - Rückblickend aber eine Geschichte, die Reise bleibt im Kopf. Und wie gesagt: bleib dran, nicht abwimmeln lassen und mit Geduld versuchen wenigstens eine Erstattung zu bekommen 👍

QR3292 fliegt gerade direkt von Malé nach Frankfurt als Sonderflug. Ist wirklich derzeit das absolute Chaos. Wäre natürlich wünschenswert, wenn es mehr solcher Sonderdirektflüge gäbe.
War das eine Pauschalreise, glaube ich kaum. Wenn die Flüge direkt bei Qatar Airways gebucht wurden, besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung nach europäischem Recht. Abflug im außereuropäischem Land mit außereuropäischer Fluggesellschaft.
Hatte ich gerade aus Thailand mit Qatar Airways, mein Anwalt meinte ich kann es aufs Konto Erfahrung abhacken.
Seit 6.1.2026 warte ich auf eine Antwort seitens Qatar Airways auf meine Eingabe, nichts bisher.

Das befürchte ich leider auch. Es besteht zwar die Möglichkeit bei Qatar Airways den Rückflug zu stornieren, aber viel Hoffnung mache ich mir nicht.
